Shipping costs are based on final shipping weight. 15% of net product weight for packaging and insulation material will automatically be added at checkout to determine final shipping weight.

The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on international orders.

The merchandise will arrive to the customer within 1-3 weeks.

You may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

Shulamit Kanter ITZUVIEM, עיצובים שולמית קנטר, will offer full refunds for costumers that have changed their minds after
completing an internet purchase.

We will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.

Merchandise must be in its original condition.

Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

Please include the following in the return package: a) original/copy of invoice or exchange slip, b) merchandise.

Please pack return item(s) durably, as Itzuviems products are fragile. We strongly advise you to insure the return package for damage and for lost parcels. Itzuviem is not responsible for any package that gets lost or damaged on the way back to us.

All packing, shipping and insurance costs for returned/exchanged merchandise must be paid for by the customer at dispatch point and are non-refundable. Collect charges for shipping will not be paid for by Itzuviem.

All packing, shipping and insurance costs for replacement or returning merchandise, sent by Itzuviem, will be paid for by the costumers.

Only merchandise purchased directly from Itzuviem will be exchanged. Merchandise purchased at a local store is according to store policy and must be dealt with through the store
